Pop Tops
It isn’t always necessary to change the footprint of your house in order to add space. If you want to have more room but do not have the necessary space in your yard to expand or would like to keep your yard as it is consider a pop-top.
Pop-tops are a very popular option because instead of building out you build up. This is done by removing the roof then adding another floor (or two) with a roof to your home. By popping the top you can maintain the original footprint of your house and gain the extra space that you need.
Addition and Pop-Top
For homes where an addition alone won’t add the square footage you need and a pop-top can’t create the changes you want on the main footprint of the house the combination of an addition and pop-top can make your home amazing.
